Our day in our words...

We were fortunate to work with our Learning Through the Arts team this morning who continue to support our understanding of community.  Chantal supported our movement group in preparation for our Celebration of Learning.  She also shared stories and medicinal plants of the Indigenous people found within the area.  This helped us to see the importance of the natural world to community in a new way.

We also continued to work in Inquiry on our various projects.  We have started writing our rough drafts of our written proposals and are finishing up other projects by editing our videos and adding the final details on our structures for our community.

Ask me about...

what we have been doing with our Learning Through the Arts artists, Chantal, Jennifer and Ewa.

Reminders...

  • On Thursday April 11, grade 4 students will be walking over to Twelve Mile Coulee School for their orientation visit.  Students are asked to meet on the compound by the 3E doors below the ampitheatre at 8:30.  Attendance will be done from here and then students will walk over. Students will be returning to EHS before 1:00 pm and will eat lunch once they return.
  • Our Celebration of Learning will take place on Friday April 12 at 11 am.  We look forward to sharing our learning with you then and hope you are able to join us.
